WHITE GLOVE FREIGHT – In Home Delivery Service
SPECIAL "WHITE GLOVE" SHIPPING DETAILS FOR THIS ITEM:Because this is a large,heavy, fully assembled fine piece of furniture BedroomKeeper has elected to ship via what is referred to as
"White Glove" transportation. This item cannot be shipped via UPS or Fedex or the US mail because of its size and weight. This is how the White Glove Service works:
1) NO Additional charges will be assessed.
2) This service is provided to increase the likehood that your item arrives safely.
3) It is important to note that You MUST inspect the item carefully upon arrival. If there is any concern on your part about what appears to be damage you must write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the paper the driver asks you to sign. This way KeeperHome can resolve this issue with the shipper easily.
4) This service will include the driver and an assistant removing the item from the truck and bringing it into your residence. They will bring it to the room you prefer. They will carry this item up to 2 flights of stairs.(4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the furniture moved up more flights of stairs please contact us for instructions.
5) Once the driver and assistant have brought the item to the chosen room, they will unpack it and provide basic set up for you. (Set up does not include use of any tools) After setup the shippers will remove all packaging. ***The shipper will not hookup any electrical or connect any wires.***
6) If the item is refused for any reason other than damage you will be responsible for the cost of this shipping service.
