ADDITIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS FOR THIS ITEM

This product can not be shipped via UPS, FED EX or US Mail due to the size and/or weight so it will be sent to you via Truck Freight. Truck freight is different than standard shipping in that you will be responsible for unloading the product from the back of the truck and moving it to where you want it to be (Living room, Office, Family Room, Etc.). Depending on the size/weight of the item you are ordering, you may need more than 1 or 2 people to unload it from the truck.

You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if, for some reason you suspect the contents of the box are damaged, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This will make attempting to resolve any problems with your shipment quick and easy. Do not refuse delivery as this may result in additional shipping charges.

When your order ships we will contact you with delivery details including the name of your freight carrier, estimated arrival date of your order and contact information for the freight company. Most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you unload items and bring them into your home for an additional fee. This service arrangement would be made between you and the freight company and you would be responsible for any additional charges.
