TRUCK FREIGHT - TAILGATESHIPPING DETAILS FOR THIS ITEM 
1) This product can not be shipped via UPS, FED EX or US Mail due to the size and/or weight so it will be sent to you via
Truck Freight. Truck freight is different than standard shipping in that you will be responsible for unloading the product from the back of the truck and placing it where you want it to be (Living room, Office, Family Room, Etc.). Depending on the size/weight of the item you are ordering, you may need more than 1 or 2 people to unload it from the truck.
2) Most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you unload items and bring them into your home for an additional fee. Additional services available may include but are not limited to, curbside delivery which includes removal of the item from the truck, in home threshold delivery to your garage or foyer or in home white glove delivery to room of choice including up 2 flights of stairs as well as unpacking the item and trash removal. 3) When your order ships we will contact you with delivery details including the name of your freight carrier, estimated arrival date of your order and contact information for the freight company. If you have any questions about this service please contact us!

MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if, for some reason you suspect the contents of the box are damaged, please write
"PRODUCT DAMAGED"
clearly on the sheet that the driver will ask you to sign. This way KeeperStores can resolve this issue with the shipper easily. If the item is refused for any reason other than damage you will be responsible for the cost of this shipping service.
