1) This product can not be shipped via UPS, FED EX or US Mail due to the size and/or weight so it will be sent to you via
Truck Freight. The truck freight company will deliver the product to the threshold if this is a residential delivery (this means into your garage or through your front door), or to the loading dock if this is a commercial delivery.

3) Most truck freight companies offer additional services for an additional fee. Additional services available may include but are not limited to, in home white glove delivery to room of choice including up 2 flights of stairs as well as unpacking the item and trash removal. MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if, for some reason you suspect the contents of the box are damaged, please write
"PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that the driver will ask you to sign. This way KeeperStores can resolve this issue with the shipper easily. If the item is refused for any reason other than damage you will be responsible for the cost of this shipping service.
